Sasquatch’s Name might soon Change from “??????” to “Sasquatch”

Hello Penguins!

In August 2015, a mysterious creature with the name “??????” starting being sighted around Club Penguin. At the Puffle Party 2015 in March 2015, it was discovered that “??????” was Sasquatch.

A couple of weeks ago, a penguin called Park Ranger, stopped using his penguin with the name “Park Ranger”, created a penguin with the name “Sasquatch”, and used “Sasquatch” as his main penguin. That’s right, “Sasquatch” wasn’t taken.

Until Park Ranger created the penguin with the name “Sasquatch”, when “Sasquatch” was searched for on the Club Penguin Friend List, this happened.

When Park Ranger created the penguin with the name “Sasquatch”, when “Sasquatch” was searched for on the Club Penguin Friend List, the penguin with the name “Sasquatch” was found.

Today, the penguin with the name “Sasquatch” was given the name “P293033714”.

Now, when “Sasquatch” is searched for on the Club Penguin Friend List, this happens again.

I got the opportunity to ask Park Ranger a couple of questions about the situation. Here’s what he said:

Penguin 43:
What made you create a penguin with the name “Sasquatch”?

Park Ranger:
Well, after I had retired my other penguin “Park Ranger” I decided why not create a new penguin and I first tried Big Foot then Sasquatch.

Penguin 43:
Were you surprised when you discovered that the name “Sasquatch” was available?

Park Ranger:
I was surprised indeed. XD

Penguin 43:
What do you think of Club Penguin changing “??????” to “Sasquatch” and leaving you with a “P—–” name?

Park Ranger:
I believe it’s kind of selfish however I do believe there is reasoning behind it. I am sad either way. Lol.

Penguin 43:
That’s all of the questions, thanks for your time!

Thanks to Park Ranger for his time.

Although it seems a bit unfair that Park Ranger has been left with a “P—–” name on the penguin with the name “Sasquatch”, it’s understandable that Club Penguin need the name “Sasquatch”. What does everyone else think? Be sure to leave a comment below.

I remember a similar situation happening back in 2012. There was a penguin with the name “Rocky”, and a penguin with the name “CeCe”. Rocky and CeCe were the 2 main characters in a Disney TV Program, called “Shake it Up”. In July 2012, Club Penguin’s party was the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam. There were 2 special guest mascots at the party, Rocky and CeCe. Because the names “Rocky” and “CeCe” were needed for the special guest mascots, Club Penguin had to give the penguins with the names “Rocky” and “CeCe”, “P—–” names. This way, the special guest mascots could be given the names “Rocky” and “CeCe. A couple of years later, Rocky and CeCe were removed from Club Penguin’s Files and the names “Rocky” and “CeCe” were available again. Does anyone else remember that? Be sure to leave a comment below.

Anyway, Sasquatch’s name is currently still “??????”. Could it soon be getting changed to “Sasquatch”? It’s very likely. Of course, because Sasquatch is a permanent Club Penguin mascot, it’s very unlikely that Sasquatch will be removed from Club Penguin’s files and the name “Sasquatch” will become available again.

Do you think that Sasquatch’s name will soon be changed from “??????” to “Sasquatch”? It would make sense. Be sure to leave a comment below.

Until Next Time…
